Ingredients

  • 2 lb. New potatoes
  • 2-4 T. Milk
  • 1 8 oz. pkg. Cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 c. Sour cream
  • 1/2 c. Chives, chopped
  • 1/4 c. Romano cheese
  • 1/2 t. Salt
  • 1/4 t. White pepper
  • Paprika

Preparation

Step 1

Cook potatoes in boiling water enough to cover 20 minutes or until tender; drain. Combine potatoes and milk; mash the potatoes. Combine the cream chees and the next 5 ingredients, stir well; fold into the potatoe mixture. Spoon the mixture into lightly greased 1 1/2 quart casserole. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake in 350 oven. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes.
