Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 Cup White Flour
  • 1 Cup Milk
  • 1/2 tsp. Salt

Preparation

Step 1

Directions:

1. Blend in a blender, until smooth
2. Keep in airtight container overnight in the fridge or approximately 12 hours

Serve:

1. Preheat oven to 420 F.
2. Spray muffin tins with Vegetable Shortening or PAM
3. Place muffin tins in oven for a few minutes
4. Remove with an oven mitt & pour the Pudding mix into the tins (3/4 full)
5. Place back in the oven & bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown
