  • 11 oz water
  • 4 c. bread flour
  • 1 1/2 t. salt
  • 2 tsp. sugar
  • 2 T. olive oil
  • 2 t. yeast

Preparation

Step 1

Turn to dough cycle.

Shape to desired loaf

Cover, let rise

Bake 400 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
