  • To Use:
  • White Sauce Mixture
  • 2 1/4 C of Instant Non-Fat Dry Milk
  • 1/2 C Corn Starch
  • 1 Tsp of Salt
  • 1/2 Tsp of Pepper
  • ((Mix well and store in air tight container))
  • 2 Tbsp of Butter, Margarine, or Oleo
  • 1/3 C of above Sauce Mixture
  • 3/4 C Water


Servings 1


Step 1

In Small Sauce pan, melt Butter/Margarine/Oleo. Remove from heat. Stir in Sauce Mixture and Water. Bring to a boil over medium heat stirring contstantly and boil one minute.

For thin Sauce: 1/3 C of sauce mixture and 1 C of Water
For thick Sauce: 2/3 C of sauce mixture and 1 C of Water
