Ingredients
- 6 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 2 cups grated cheddar cheese- in this recipe it will be worth it to buy a good block og cheddar and grate it yourself
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp of salt
- 1/4 tsdp of chili powder- to taste
- 1/2 cup almond flour

Step 1
preheat oven to 350 . spray a cookie sheet. in a medium bowl add the ingredients. thoroughly mix with a spoon or spatula. drop by spoonsfull on to the cookie sheet. bake 10- 15 minutes until light brown. keep an eye on them sothey di't burn. they will be about 1/4 inch thick and moist. carefully remove from cookie sheet and serve warm or room temperature.
if you want them to taste like red lobster biscuits add a 1/2 tsp garlic powder.
if you want a stiffer cracker. f;atten dough with a glass. keep a close eye on them. they wioo cool to a stiff consistency and taste like cheezits
