Ingredients
- 8oz block cheddar cheese
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 8oz block hot pepper cheese
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup white wine vinegar
- 2 oz jar diced pimento
- 3 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- 3 Tbsp minced green onion
- 1 tsp sugar
- 3/4 tsp dried whole basil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Cut all cheese into small cubes. Line up in close rows in pyrex dish.
Mix all other ingredients in a jar and shake until well mixed. Pour over cheese. Chill at least 8 hours.
Bring to room temperature and then use slotted spoon to place cheese on serving dish, allowing pimentos/spices to stay on cheese.
