  • 29 oz can pumpkin
  • 4 eggs
  • 13 oz. can evaporated milk
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. ginger
  • 1/2 tsp. nutmet

Preparation

Step 1

Mix and put into greased 9 x 13 pan. Sprinkle yellow cake mix over top. Melt 1 cup oleo and drizzle over top. dd nuts if desired.

Bake 1 hr. at 350. Do not over bake!

I only use 1/2 of the cake mix as I don't like as much stuff on top. This reciple can be cut in 1/2 for a smaller cake pan and just use a jiffy cake mix with that.
