Ingredients
- 2 tsp sugar
- 2/3 tsp salt
- 4 tsp soy sauce
- 1 can pineapple chunks
- 2 tb cornstarch
- 2 tb water
- 1 small onion sliced
- 4 tb vegetable oil
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 lb chicken cut into pieces
- 1 can water chesnuts (drained)
- 2 bags rice (cooked)

Step 1
Have all ingredients ready. Heat oil in wok or frying pan. Stri fry onion and water chesnuts for about 30 seconds. Add chicken and stir fry until there is no pink left. Add sugar/salt/soy sauce mix, pineapples (partially drained), and chicken broth. Cover and cook 2 minutes. Mix the cornstarch and water and then add to the chicken to thicken sauce. Serve over rice.
