Cookie Dough Truffles

An easy no-cook, no-bake candy that really tastes like cookie dough!

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup butter, softened
• 3/4 cup brown sugar
• 2 cups flour
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 3 Tblsp milk
• 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
• 1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
• 1 1/2 lb semi-sweet chocolate candy coating pieces (any flavor of chips works well)

Preparation

Step 1

Cream butter and brown sugar together until light and fluffy. Add flour, milk, vanilla; mix well. Stir in chocolate chips and nuts. Shape into 1-inch balls, place on waxed paper lined cookie sheets. Loosely cover and refrigerate 1-2 hours until firm. Melt candy coating in microwave, stirring often until smooth. Dip balls in coating and place on waxed paper. Refrigerate until firm (approx. 15 minutes). Can be stored at room temperature.
