Ingredients

  • 4 C Flour
  • 3 Tsp of Baking Powder
  • 1 Tsp of Salt
  • 1 Tsp of Sugar
  • 3/4 C Shortening
  • 1 3/4 C of Milk

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat Oven to 400 to 425 Degrees

Sift Flour and Dry Ingredients into a large mixing bowl. Add Shortening and Milk and work with hands on lightly Floured Board until well blended. Roll out dough and cut dough with a biscuit Cutter making 20 large biscuits.

Place Biscuits on a lightly greased cookie sheet and bake for 10 to 12 minutes.
