Ingredients
- 1 !/4 lbs French or Green Beans
- Pinch of salt
- 2 tblsp extra virgin olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 1/2 c grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 lemon

Preparation
Step 1
- Cook beans as you normally would.
- Drain and reserve some of the liquid.
- Using the same pan, put garlic and olive oil in and stir.
- When the garlic starts to turn golden, add the beans and stir lightly.
- Add a ladleful of the reserved cooking water, the Parmesan, and the juice from the 1/2 lemon.
- Stir and simmer until the water and the cheese start to form an oozy, sticky sauce.
- Remove from the heat and serve immediately.
