Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups self rising flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 1/2 cups Mazola Oil
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup chrushed pineapple (Do Not Drain)
- 1 cup coconut
- 1 cup pecans chopped
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 3 tsp. coconut flavorint
- 1 1/2 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup hot water

Step 1
Mix sugar oil and pineapple and beat for one minute on medium speed. Add flour and alternate with eggs. Add coconut, peans and vanilla. Bake in a well greased and floured tube pan for 1 hour at 325 degrees.
Topping
1 1/2 cup sugar, 3 tsp coconut flavoring, 3/4 cup hot water. Mix and boil for 1 minute. Just as the cake is done, pour topping over cake and return to oven for 3 minutes. Let cool completely before removing from pan. Refridgerate overnight before serving.
