Baked Potato Wedges

Ingredients
- 2 Medium Baking Potatoes
- 1/4 C melted Butter/Margarine/Oleo
- 1/2 C Fine Bread Crumbs
- Salt/Pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat Oven to 400 Degrees
Scrub Potatoes and cut in 1/2, then each one half into 4 wedges.
Dip Wedges into Melted Butter/Margarine/Oleo then Bread Crumbs.
Place in greased cookie sheet. Sprinkle with Salt/Pepper.
Bake till brown and tender, about 35 to 40 minutes.
