French Onion Soup

  • 3 c. Onions, sliced
  • 2 T. Butter
  • 2 cans 10 1/2 ounce Beef broth
  • 1 c. Water
  • 1 t. Worchestire sauce



Step 1

In a dutch oven, cook onion in butter over low heat about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add broth, water and worchestire. Heat to boiling. Reduce heat, cover and simmer about 30 minutes.
