Ingredients
- 2 c milk
- 2 c blueberries
- 1 c ricotta
- 1/2 c rolled oats
- 1/4 c almond butter
- 2 T molasses
- 2 t vanilla
- 1 t lemon zest
- 1 t cinnamon
Preparation
Step 1
Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Pour into a 12-c muffin pan and freeze. Unmold cups, place in a bag and store in the freezer.
To make a smoothie, blend 2 chopped smoothie cups with 1 c milk.
