Ingredients
- Poppy Seed Dressing
- 1/4 onion grated
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cups salad oil
- 1/3 cups apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp dry mustard
- 1 1/2 tsp poppy seeds
- Carmelized Almonds
- 1/2 cup slivered almonds
- 1/4 cup sugar
- Salad
- Romain Bibb or red leaf lettuce
- Strawberries sliced
- Brie cheese

Preparation
Step 1
For Dressing: Combine onion, Sugar, ½ the oil and a small amount of vinegar in a bowl and mix well. Add the remaining oil and vinegar gradually. Strl in the dry mustard and poppy seeds. Chill
Almonds: combine nuts and sugar in a skillet. Cook over medium heat until sugar melts and browns stirring constantly. Spread on foil to cool
Salad: Combine lettuce, berries and cheese in a bowl. Add the dressing to coat. Top with almonds.
Do not use double cream brie.
