Ingredients
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup butter
- 2 cups flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 ½ cups packed brown sugar
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 ½ cups pecans
Preparation
Step 1
Combine the cheese and butter, mixing until well blended. Add the flour and mix well. Chill the dough. Divide the dough into quarters, diving each quarter into 12 balls. Press each ball onto the bottom and sides of miniature muffin pans.
Combine the eggs, brown sugar, and vanilla. Stir in pecans. Spoon mixture into a pastry shells, bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes. Cool 5 minutes, remove from pan and sprinkle with icing sugar.
