After Thanksgiving Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 hard-cooked egg
  • 4 cups shredded cooked turkey or chicken
  • 3/4 cup light miracle whip
  • 1 tablespoon sweet pickle relish
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans

Preparation

Step 1

In a large bowl, combine turkey, celery, onions, pecans and red pepper. Combine miracle whip, lemon juice, dill, salt, pepper; stir into turkey mixture. Refrigerate until serving. Serve on lettuce if desired.
