Golden Casserole Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 6 Medium Potatoes Cooked
  • 1/4 C Butter
  • 2 C Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 2 C Sour Creme
  • 2 Tbls Butter
  • 1 Tsp Salt
  • 1/4 Tsp White Pepper
  • 1/3 C green Onions

Preparation

Step 1

Cut Potatoes in slices or Pieces.

In a pan on low heat, Combine cheese and buttr till almost melted. Remove from heat, add sour creme, onions, salt, and pepper. Add Potatoes and put in a casserole dish. Dot with butter and bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
