Ingredients
- 5 T evoo
- 2 ½ T oj
- 2 ½ T balsamic
- 1 T water
- ¼ c dried cranberries
- 1 pkg Splenda
- ½ t salt
- 1-2 dashes ground allspice
- 1/8 c pine nuts (toasted, if you wish)
- ½ t fresh thyme leaves

Let dried cranberries marinate in the oil, vinegar, orange juice, and water to soften. Add all remaining ingredients, except pine nuts and thyme, then whirl in a small food processor, pulsing, until cranberries are rough chopped.
