Ingredients
- ICING:
- 2 cups flour
- 1/2 cup salad oil
- 3/4 cup white sugar
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 cups fruit cocktail
- 2 tsps baking soda
- 1 cup pecans, chopped
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup each white and brown sugar
- 1 stick butter
- 3/4 cup chopped pecans
- 3/4 grated coconut
- 1 small can evaporated milk
- 1 tsp vanilla
Preparation
Step 1
1. Mix all ingredients well.
2. Bake in greased and floured tube pan or bundt pan at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes.
3. While still warm, ice cake.
ICING:
1. Mix all icing ingredients together in a sausepan.
2. Bring to a boil and boil 3-5 minutes.
3. While still hot, ice warm cake.
