Porcupine Meatballs

Directions

In a medium bowl, add the egg and 1/4 cup of Tomato Soup. Stir in uncooked rice, onion, salt and pepper; Mix well. Add the ground beef and shape the meat mixture into balls; Arrange the meatballs around the edges and middle of a large skillet. In a medium bowl, mix the remaining Tomato Soup, water, and Worcestershire Sauce. Pour the sauce over the meatballs. Cover the skillet and cook on MEDIUM the meatballs for 20 minutes. Flip the meatballs over, cover, and simmer for an additional 20-25 minutes. *The rice will pop out of the sides of each meatball, resembling a porcupine*. Serve the meatballs and sauce over rice.
