Cheesy Sausage Casserole

Make the night before. Can be frozen

Ingredients

  • 1# sausage, cooked and crumbled
  • 6-8 eggs
  • 2 c milk
  • 1 tsp dry mustard
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 c sharp shredded cheddar
  • 4 slices bread, crumbled

Preparation

Step 1

Cook and drain sausage.
Grease 9x13 dish.
Place broken bread in dish.
Spoon sausage over bread.
Beat eggs, milk, salt, and mustard together. Pour over meat. Sprinkle with cheese.
Bake 1 hour at 350*
