Hot Pork and Bacon Appetizers

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground pork
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup corn flake crumbs
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped green olives
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped waterchestnut
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon salt and pepper
  • dash tabasco sauce
  • bacon to wrap

Preparation

Step 1

1. Combine all ingredients and shape in rolls. Wrap 1/2 slice bacon around each roll. Place in shallow baking pan.


2. Bake @ 400 for 20 minutes. Can be done ahead of time and reheated.

3. Place in chafing dish or a hot tray and garnish with pineapple chunks.
