Ingredients
- 1 8 oz. cornbread mix
- 2 1/2 cups milk
- 1/2 cup veg. oil
- 1 small onion, grated
- 1 cup cream corn
- 1 can whole kernel
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 4 oz. can green chopped chillies
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 2 cups Cheddar cheese, shredded

Step 1
Combine cornbread mix, milk and oil. Mix well. Stir in onion, corn, sugar, salt and chillies. Beat eggs and stir into mixture. Stir in, 1 1/2 cup shredded cheese. Pour into prepared 13 x 9 pan. Bake at 400 for 25 min. Sprinkle remaining 1/2 cup cheese on top and continue to bake for 15-20 min.
