Ingredients

  • 1 Loaf French Bread

  • 3 large Ripe Tomatoes seeded and diced (1lb)

  • ¼ Cup snipped fresh basil leaves

  • 1 garlic clove pressed

  • 2 tsp. Balsamic Viniger

  • ½ tsp. olive oil

  • ¼ tsp. Salt

  • ⅛ tsp. Ground black pepper

  • 2 Tbsp. mozorella

Directions

Preheat oven to 350. Arrange bread slices on flat baking stone. Bake 10-12 min or until golden brown. In small batter bowl combine tomatoes, basil, garlic, vinger, oil, salt, and black pepper. Mix gently. Scoop mixture over bread slices sprinkle with cheese. Serve
