Ingredients

  • 2 lb. frozen hash brown potatoes
  • 1 cup melted butter
  • 1/2 cup chopped onions
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 pt. sour cream
  • 2 cup shredded cheese
  • 2 cups crushed corn flakes
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Combine thawed potatoes, 1/2 cup melted butter, onions, soup, sour cream and cheese.

Spoon into a 2 1/2 qt greased dish. Stir 1/2 cup butter and corn flakes and sprinkle over potatoes.

Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
