  • 1 10 ounce package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 1/4 tsp dried dill weed
  • 1/8 peper
  • 2 1 pound loaves rye or pumpernikle rounds

Preparation

Step 1

In a med bowl, mix together spinach, mayonaise, onions, parsley, sour cream, lemon juice, salt, dill, and pepper. cover and refridgerate.
Cut the b read.. slice off top. Cut and scoop into 1/2 chunks for dipping
Can also dip snow peas, bell pepper onion asparagus.
