Ingredients

  • 1 c raisins
  • 1 c water>>>boil 5 min. Cool.
  • 1/2 c sugar
  • 1 c buttermilk
  • 1 t soda >>>mix
  • 1 c oatmeal
  • 1 c All-Bran
  • 1 c WW flour
  • salt >>>add
  • Bake 1 hour @ 350.
  • For added nutrition, add 1/4 c molasses and some raw wheat germ.
