Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp finely chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 Tbsp finely chopped fresh thyme
  • 1 Tbsp minced garlic
  • 2 tsp grated lemon peel
  • 2 tsp grated lime peel
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 2.25 lb salmon fillet

Step 1

Heat oven to 400

Combine first 7 ingredients in a small bow. Place salmon on the rack of a broiler pan coated with cooking spray; place the rack in the pan. Rub parsley mixure over salmon. Bake 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
