  • 1 egg
  • 1 t vanilla
  • 2 1/2 T flour
  • 1 c sugar
  • 2 T butter
  • 1 c evap milk >>blend thoroughly. Pour into shell.
  • 9" unbaked pastry shell
  • cinn & nutmeg>>sprinkle over

Preparation

Step 1

Bake 20 min @ 450 (foil around edges 1st 20 min)

Lower oven temp to 350 & bake 10 min more.

Cool completely before serving.
