1 packet Hidden Valley seasoning & salad dressing mix
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 lbs small red potatoes, quartered
Place potatoes in a large plastic bag and add oil; seal bag. Toss to coat. Add Hidden Valley mix and toss again until coated. Bake on ungreased baking pan at 450 fo 30 to 35 minutes or until potatoes are brown and crisp.
