Ingredients

  • 1/2 c Bisquick
  • 1/2 c sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 2c milk
  • 3 1/2 oz coconut
  • 1 t vanilla
  • 3 T butter

Preparation

Step 1

Put all in a blender.
Pour into 9" buttered pie pan.

Bake @ 400 for 25-30 min, til custard sets.

Serve cold.
