Ingredients
- Meatballs
- ● 2 lb. ground chuck- less fat
- ● 1 cup corn flake crumbs
- ● 1/3 cup parsley flakes
- ● 2 eggs
- ● 2 tbsp soy sauce
- ● 1/4 tsp pepper
- ● 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- ● 1/3 cup ketchup
- ● 2 tbsp minced onions
- ● Meatballs
- ● untitled ingredient
- Sauce
- ● 1 can jellied cranberry sauce
- ● 12 oz. chili sauce
- ● 2 tbsp brown sugar
- ● 1 tbsp lemon juice
Preparation
Step 1
Meatballs:
1. Mix into balls with hands. Put in ungreased 9x13 pan.
2. Lay flat, single layer.
Sauce:
1.Cook sauce ingredients over medium heat til cranberry sauce is melted.
Pour sauce over meatballs. Bake uncovered at 350℉ for 30 minutes.
