Ingredients
- Raspberry chicken
- 4 boneless chicken breasts
- 1/2 C raspberry preserves
- 2T lemon juice
- 1t grated lemon jest
- 2T white wine
- Cook chicken over med-high heat until done about 5 minutes on each side. Remove.
- Add other ingredients and cook over low heat. Add chicken and stir to coat. Serve with rice.
