Beef Brisket

  • 1 (5lb) Beef brisket, trimmed of excess fagt
  • 2 tsp. Garlic salt
  • 2 tsp. onion salt
  • 2 tsp. celery salt
  • 1 onion, minced (optional)
  • 5 Tbsp. Liquid Smoke
  • 5 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper



Step 1

Place brisket in a 13x9" baking dish. fat side down. Sprinkle on remaining ingredients except Worcestershire sauce and pepper. Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight. Next day, sprinkle Worcestershire sauce and pepper over brisket. Cover with foil and bake at 275 degrees for 6 hours. Remove from sauce and slice meat.

You can half the brisket weight and half all the ingredients for a small brisket.
