Ingredients
- 2 loaves Frozen Bread Dough, thawed
- 1/4 C Dried Basil and Oregano
- 6-8 Garlic Cloves, minced
- 1/2 C Butter or Margarine
- 1/2 C Onion, finely chopped
Preparation
Step 1
Cut off pieces of thawed dough the size of golf balls. Place in a layer in a greased bundt pan. Meanwhile, saute garlic and onion in butter for about 2 minutes, cool slightly and add herbs.
Spoon some of the butter mixture over first layer and repeat until all the bread balls are used. Cover and allow to rise and double in size.
Bake at 375 for 30-35 minutes or until golden.
Cool and unmold.
*Cheese can be added between the layers if desired
