Ingredients
- 3 - 8oz package cream cheese
- 3/4 cups sugar
- 3 eggs
- 8 oz chocolate squares
- 1/2 cup strong black coffee cooled
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/8 tsp salt
- Crust
- 1 cup finely crushed chocolate wafers
- 2 tsp sugar
- 1/4 cup melted butter

Preparation
Step 1
Prepare crust and chill.
Mix crust ingredients together and press in bottom of a spring form pan.
Beat cheese in a large bowl with electric mixer until light and fluffy. Gradually beat in sugar. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Beat in chocolate, sour cream, vanilla, and salt until smooth. Pour into prepared pan and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until firm in center. Cool then chill in chocolate wafer crust.
