  • 3 - 8oz package cream cheese

  • ¾ cups sugar

  • 3 eggs

  • 8 oz chocolate squares

  • ½ cup strong black coffee cooled

  • ½ cup sour cream

  • 1 tsp vanilla

  • ⅛ tsp salt

  • Crust

  • 1 cup finely crushed chocolate wafers

  • 2 tsp sugar

  • ¼ cup melted butter


Prepare crust and chill. Mix crust ingredients together and press in bottom of a spring form pan. Beat cheese in a large bowl with electric mixer until light and fluffy. Gradually beat in sugar. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Beat in chocolate, sour cream, vanilla, and salt until smooth. Pour into prepared pan and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until firm in center. Cool then chill in chocolate wafer crust.
