Mint Brownies

Ingredients

• 2 1oz. bitter chocolate
• 1/2 c. butter
• 1 c. sugar
• 2 eggs beaten
• 1/2 t. pepperment extract
• 1/2 c. flour
• dash of salt

Step 1

Melt choc. and butter stir in sugar and eggs all pepermint and flour, salt mix well-bake in greased 9 x 9 pan at 325 do not over cook.......cool - mix 2 T. butter 1 c. 10x sugar 1 T heavy cream 1/4 t. peppermint extract..spread over colled cake-freeze for 15 min. or until hard.......melt 1-1oz. bitter chocolate and 1 1/2 t. butter............drizzle over cake..........
