Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 3 eggs separated
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 lb graham crackers

Preparation
Step 1
Cream butter and sugar. Add yolks one at a time. Beat well. Mix flour baking powder and graham cracker crumbs. Add alternately, with mild to first mixture. Add vanilla, fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.
Bake in 2 layer pans 8-9 inch at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.
Fill with fresh whipped cream and top.
