Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter

  • 1/2 cup flour

  • 1 cup sugar

  • 2 tsp baking powder

  • 3 eggs separated

  • 1 tsp vanilla

  • 1 cup milk

  • 1/2 lb graham crackers

Directions

Cream butter and sugar. Add yolks one at a time. Beat well. Mix flour baking powder and graham cracker crumbs. Add alternately, with mild to first mixture. Add vanilla, fold in stiffly beaten egg whites. Bake in 2 layer pans 8-9 inch at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. Fill with fresh whipped cream and top.
