Sweet slices of cucumber, onion and green peppers made without cooking.
- 1 Cup Vinegar (distilled white)
- 2 Cups Sugar
- 1 Tbl. Salt
- 1 raw onion sliced
- 6 Cups Sliced Cucumber
- 1 Green Pepper Sliced
Place sliced vegetables in large glass bowl, cover with sugar and salt. Pour white vinegar over and cover before placing in refrigerator. Let the ingredients sit for at least three hours, stir and serve. Will last in fridge up to 2 months.
