Ingredients
- 8 slices bacon
- 2 c. cubed potatoes
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 3/4 c. milk
- 2 T. parsley
- 1 c. onion
- 1 c. water
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- dash pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Fry bacon until crisp. Saute' onion and pour off grease. Add potatoes, and water. Bring to a boil. cover and simmer until tender. Stip in soup and sour cream, gradually add milk. Add salt, pepper and parsley. Heat to serve.
