Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup white sugar
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1-1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 cup chopped cranberries
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 3/4 orange juice
- 1 tablespoon orange zest

Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan
2. Combine flour, sugar, salt, baking powder, and baking soda. Add the cranberries and walnuts, and stir to coat with flour. Mix together the egg, oil, orange juice, and orange zest. Pour the egg mixture into the flour mixture, and stir until just blended. Spoon the batter into the prepared pan.
3. Bake for 50 minutes in the preheated oven, or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Cool in pan for 10 minutes, then remove to a wire rack, and cool completely.
