Gingered Baby Carrots

Ingredients
- 1 (16 ounce) package baby carrots, peeled
- 2 tablespoons butter or margarine
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 3 tablespoons orange juice
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger

Preparation
Step 1
1. Place carrots in a small saucepan. Add just enough water to cover carrots. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, and cook 5 minutes or until carrots are crisp tender.
2. Drain well.
3. Melt butter in the same saucepan over medium low heat. Add brown sugar, orange juice, and ginger, stirring until sugar dissolves. Add carrots, and toss gently to coat.
