Vegetarian Hamburgers

When in a hurry, use 1 envelope onion soup mix instead of the onions and green pepper.

Ingredients
- 1 (19 ounce) can vegetarian burger
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 4 egg whites, beaten
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1 tsp sage
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs, toasted
- 1/2 tsp garlic salt
Preparation
Step 1
Mix vegetarian burger and beaten eggs. Saute onions and green peppers and add to burger mix. Add sage, soy sauce, bread crumbs and garlic salt. Mix well. Fry in patties (about 1/2 cup mix per patty for 1 hamburger bun).
