Ingredients
- Emulsify in blender (pulse together a few times)
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup orange juice

Step 1
Cut the spare ribs between bones
Put aside some fo the marinade for later basting and use some of the marinade to baste the ribs on all sides and lay down (the ribs, not you) in a single layer in pan. Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 350 for about an hour and 10-20 minutes (I did hour and 20 minutes).
Then you can refrigerate if you like or just put on grill after basting them again the marinade. I set your grill to about medium --can always go higher and grilled for 20 minutes with turning and basting occasionally.
