Ingredients

  • Topping:
  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1 3.4 oz. instant vanilla pudding
  • 1 11oz. can mandarin oranges, undrained
  • 1 8.25oz. can crushed pineapple, undrained
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 8oz can crushed pineapple, undrained
  • 1 3.4oz. instant vanilla pudding
  • 1 12oz. cool whip, thawed

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375. Lightly grease and flour a 9x13" pan.

In a large bowl, combine cake mix and pudding mix. Add mandarin oranges, crushed pineapple and eggs; beat at medium speed until combined. Pour into prepared pan and bake for 40 mins. or until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Let cool completely.

For topping - in a medium bowl, combine pineapple and instant pudding, stirring well. Stir in whipped topping.

Evenly spread vanilla pineapple topping over cake. Store in refrigerator.
