Strawberry Bread

Ingredients

• 3 Cups flour
• 1 tsp soda
• 1 tsp salt
• 2 cups sugar
• 3 tsp cinnamon
• 4 eggs
• 2 packages 10 oz strawberries thawed
• 1 1/4 c wesson oil
• 1 1/4 c chopped nuts

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven 350 degrees.
Mix in large bowl flour, soda, salt sugar and cinnamon and leave a well in the center

add in the enter eggs, strawberries, wesson oil and chopped nuts,

Mix just until blended - don't beat. Bake at 350 degrees 1 hour. Grease and flour bunt pan or 2 large loaf pans.
