Sundried Tomato Dip

Ingredients

  • ● 1/2-2/3 cup sundried tomatoes packed in olive oil, not dry packaged- too bitter
  • ● 2/3 small container crumbled feta cheese, not flavored
  • ● 2 garlic cloves, diced or can be whole with good food processor
  • ● 1 cup milk
  • ● taste oregano
  • ● taste basil
  • ● taste pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Put all in food processor and blend. Tast and adjust ingredients to taste. Use as dip for veggies or pita chips.
